Yes, it’s time for our weekly showcase of all the weird and random stuff I eat. BUT. I also thought I would vaguely notion towards what I’ve been working on lately.
It’s been about a year since I started this blog and I’ve learned a lot. Even though I took a five month hiatus when I moved in to my current abode, I still thought about my blog every day and what I should and could be doing with it. To me, there is something vital and almost sentient about this blog. Not that it’s alive or anything – what I mean is that my work that I’ve poured into the blog has created it’s own life that has morphed into an entity that has taken up a real space in my life. I’ve learned a lot and want to continue to learn! Cooking food, reading about food, eating food, and experiencing food in general is something that is imperative to me.
Anyways, things are in the works. I am plotting my next steps to bring further food enjoyment to you and to myself! I’ll be working closer with Nick Wilkins, who takes most of my pictures, and see what his innovation can bring to the aesthetic portion of my blog. I’ll announce any and all changes a little later on once I get them going but I thought I’d tease you mercilessly by hinting at them first.
Furthermore – I am and will be practicing more gratitude.
